Learn what the Company Manager role feature does on your Peekaboox
The Peekaboox system gives you the power to limit access to each of your staff or operators in the sense of detrmining the actions they can take or the resources they have access to. You can do this by marking the 'Company Manager' role for each staff member or operator.
In order to to do this you need to access the staff section under the My Business tab of your dashboard. You will reach the complete list of staff/operators with different roles and authorisations enabled for each of them.
By highlighting the field and by clicking on Edit or by double-clicking the person you need you will reach a new pop-up field which gives you the option to Edit the staff/operator's details including name, contact and bank details, as well as his/her role and authorisations.
There are five different options to choose from under the role drop-down menu. Company Manager is one of them and assigning the company manager role to an operator will allow this person unlimited access to the company's features and data.
Unlike the Company Employee role, the Company Manager role has full access to all the features, options, information and resources in Peekaboox.
Assigning this role to an operator will allow that person to access your Peekaboox without any restrictions. He/She will have full authority in making any changes, like adding/editing details.
